And, the buyer will bear the following conditions:
- If the tariff appears in the country/region where the consignee is located, the buyer will pay the tariff.
- The buyer shall bear the cost incurred due to address modification.
- As the buyer cancels the order or returns the goods for his own reasons, the buyer shall bear this part of the cost.
